• Radiology -
  We have a new 300 MA Summit Innovet X-Ray unit and automatic film processor.
  
• Orthopedic Surgery -
  including bone plating and pinning.
  
• Gas Anesthesia -
  using Aerane anesthesia ( the same as used in human surgery) Effective in 2002, we now have available the latest gas anesthetic on the market Sevoflo. Extremely safe and patients wake up very quickly.
  
• Heart and respiration monitoring used during surgery
  
• Spaying, neutering, tonsilectomys, soft tissue surgery, knee surgery, ear trims, declawing, bone plating and pinning, eye surgery, removal of foreign objects from the intestinal tract ( are just some of the surgical procedures offered)
  
• Allergy testing, complete blood counts done in house, blood chemistries, thyroid function tests, fungus and bacterial cultures, biopsies, tumor analysts by pathologists, kidney function tests
  
• Dentistry- teeth ultrasonically cleaned and polished.
  
• Pet identification including microchipping and tatooing.
  
• Consultation with and referral to veterinary specialists.
  
• Opthamology
  
• Heartworm diagnosis and treatment.
  
• Dermatology including allergy testing and food trial studies, skin biopsies, cultures, microscopic cytology, skin scrapings.
  
• ECG, Pulse Oximetry, temperature and respiration are monitored during surgery.
  
• Laboratory analysis including fecal examinations, urinalysis, cytology, cultures, skin scrapings, ear swabs. We utilize ANTECH Laboratories in Memphis for all of our blood chemistries, complete blood counts, tumor analysis, cultures and pathologist consultations. We FED EX overnight and have results by 7:30 the next morning. All lab results are automatically downloaded into our hospital software database for immediate acess as soon as results are completed.

• Endoscopic examination of esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and lungs.
  
• Ultrasound examinations of heart, liver, gallbladder, intestines, spleen, bladder, kidneys, thyroid gland, and ligaments and tendons of joints.
  
• Post operative pain management.
• Radiosurgery- Scalpel free surgical incisions utilizing radio frequencies. Less post-operative pain and swelling. Similar to laser surgery.
