Ralston Animal Hospital provides totally indoor boarding facilities for dogs, cats, birds and pocket pets. We have day boarding as well. The kennel is climate-controlled and well-insulated, so if your pet is afraid of storms it probably will not even know it's storming outside. The boarders listen to relaxing music 24 hours a day and all animals are individually housed. All dogs are walked on leash outside at least twice daily and are allowed to play individually in our fenced in play area. Reservations are necessary around holidays. All dogs and cats must be current on kennel cough vaccine before boarding and it is recommended this be given at least 10 days prior to boarding. If your pet requires a special diet please bring it when you come. Any toys, special play things or bedding may be brought as well. We feed Hill's Science diets and Prescription Diets to our boarders.

Our building is protected by security locked doors, intrusion alarm system and fire detection system. Weekends are just another work day for us, so our staff will continue to provide care for your pet throughout the weekend. If your pet should become ill while boarding we will provide necessary care and transfer them to our hospital ward for close observation and treatment.
