We recommend that you make an appointment to see the doctor since we perform many surgical procedures during the day and this allows us time to allocate plenty of time for you and your pet. Boarding, grooming and surgery appointments are recommended. Prior evening drop-offs for next day surgery can be arranged. We welcome early morning drop-offs for pets that are sick and need to be examined and treated as well as patients that need annual vaccinations and routine heartworm and worm tests.

We request that dogs be on leash or in a pet taxi and under control by the client at all times and cats either be held or in a pet taxi to avoid confrontation with other animals.

Emergency care for your pet is available after hours if required. By calling the main hospital number 870-863-4194, you will hear a recorded message giving instructions on reaching the doctor on his cell phone.
