Medical and surgical fees are based on the time involved, medications used or dispensed and the nature of the procedure. Payment is due when services are rendered or before pet is discharged. We will provide a written estimate if a patient is to be admitted for a medical work-up or for any surgical procedures. If additional procedures are required, we will make every attempt to phone you and discuss the additional costs before proceeding.

We request that all services be paid for at the time they are provided.

Any deviations from this payment policy should be discussed with the doctor, receptionist or office manager before requesting veterinary care.
