We recommend that office visits be by appointment. This is done to minimize waiting time since we realize your time is valuable. We make every effort to keep appointments on time, but occasionally long procedures or emergencies may cause delay. Since we do a large number of surgical procedures please call to schedule a time to see the doctor. We welcome drop-off patients at any time for your convenience. We will examine your pet and call before any treatment is given if this is your desire. This is especially convenient if you notice a problem in the morning before you leave for the day, load them up and drop them off!

On your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as you will be asked to complete a new client information sheet about you and your pet. Please bring any medical history and vaccination records you have from your previous veterinarian. For the safety of all our patients please use a leash or suitable carrier for your pet when visiting our hospital. We hope your visit is enjoyable.
